★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週末はとても混んでいて、待ち時間が10分以上かかる事もあります。また、店員さんは、少し配慮に欠けるところがあります。たとえば、午前中に出すと夕方6時には出来上がるのですが、たまに間に合わず、引き取り出来ないことがあります。そのような場合、来店時に直ぐ伝えてくれず、順番が来た時に１人１人伝えるので、順番待ちの時間が無駄になる事があります。その折の店員さんの説明も遅れている事に対する謝罪の配慮が足りず少し堪にさわります。

ずっと探していた、一年前ほど前、去年の5月頃に預けたものがつい最近戻ってきました。
まとめてクリーニングを出していたので、帰宅後ではなく使用するまでちゃんと確認していなかったのも悪かったですが、いざ利用する時に見当たらなかったので、もらい忘れていないかなど電話で確認していたのですが、全て返していると言われ、仕方が無いので新たに商品を購入しました。その後も何回か利用していたのですが、つい先日クリーニングを受け取りに行った際急に、返し忘れている物があるようですと言われ、ちゃんとした謝罪もなくしれっと返されました。
受け取る時にレシートで番号の確認もしているのに、なんでそんな事になったのかきちんと説明してほしかったです。
