★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店の歴史は古くうちの祖父が美味しいので行きつけてました。おそらく店主も３か４代目の方になるのではないでしょうか! 美味しい冷えたそばが食べたければこの店と言えちゃうほど私にはピッタリ 冬の鍋焼きうどんや牛丼なども美味しいんですよ~

カリカリの衣。肉もしっかりしてるし、カレーの旨さも相まって抜群にうまかった。
座敷もテーブルも両方ありますよ～
鴨南蛮そばも醤油ベースに鴨のうまみがきいててうまい！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やしきつねそば、具だくさんで、キュウリ、トマト、ミカン、油揚げ、ウズラのゆで卵、ワカメなどが乗っていて、一番上に梅干しもありました。美味しかったです！

コロナ対策としてはアクリル板などの設備はありませんでしたがソーシャルディスタンスは取れる感じで食後の席の清掃も丁寧にしていました。

冷たいお蕎麦は、きっちり冷水でしめてあって、ホンノ少し太めでコシがあって、喉ごしが良いです。
もりそばに添えられたウズラは、味変出来るので、途中で入れるのが好み。
蕎麦湯は、かなり濃厚でお箸で混ぜないと汁と分離するくらいで、私はかなり好きです。
揚げ物も、注文が入ってから仕込み始めるらしく、時間は掛かりますが、からっとかなり良い感じ。
先日、冷やしキノコおろしそばをいただきましたが、ちゃんとしたキノコが入っていて、さすがだと思いました。
平均的に、少しお高めな気もしますが、このレベルのお蕎麦がいただけるなら納得です。
因みに。
たぬきそばのセットには、恐らくレンゲはついていません。
私が、伺う度にレンゲをお借りしていたのを覚えていていただいてか、何も言わずとも最初からつけて出していただけるようになりました。
そんな心配りもむさしのさんの好きな所です。

Soba-to is so rich that it separates from the juice unless mixed with chopsticks, and I like it a lot.
It seems that fried foods will start to be prepared after the order is placed, so it will take some time, but it feels pretty good.
The other day, I had chilled mushroom grated soba, but I thought it was true because it contained proper mushrooms.
On average, it seems a little expensive, but if you can get this level of soba, you'll be satisfied.

The tanuki soba set probably doesn't come with a ranger.
Remember that I borrowed astragalus every time I visited, or I was able to put it on from the beginning without saying anything.
Such anxiety is also a favorite place of Musashino-san.

カレー丼は、とろみが程よくありつつ、
