★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 折壁町の旧国道284号線沿?️には人口の割にはお菓子屋さん?が結構目につく?。中には過疎化や後継者問題で自然淘汰したお店もある?️。ここは気仙沼に向かって左側で町外れの最後の駐車場のない小さな店舗?。生残り激戦区で条件の悪い中さらに室根バイパス（新284号線）が開通し車通りが激減するという苦境でも大健闘している。道の駅むろねにも一部卸しているが、数も種類も少ないので本店に行って見ることをおすすめ。パティシエさん?が店舗にでて来ることはないが、ベテランおかみさん?が明るく愛想よくテキパキと対応してくれる??️。ケーキ?や生菓子?、煎餅?など扇?の様に並べられている。私は左端から一通りみて?↖️⬆️↗️、結局右端手前に重ねられている「むろねまつり」をときどき手みやげ?に袋に入れててもらう。名前で田舎?️の地名と伝統イベント?⛩️?が分かりやすくていい。手みやげを受け取った人に「重たいね。」?と言われて先ず満足する??。そして後で「本当に、おいしがったや。」?と言われてまた満足する??。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキがおすすめです。暑い時期はケーキお休みなのでちょっと残念ですが。
でもそれだけこだわって作ってるってことだと思います。某結婚式場にウエディングケーキを出してるとのこと。
ショートケーキとチーズケーキはシンプルなのに美味しい!!ぜひ食べて欲しいです。特に私のオススメはモンブラン。洋酒がきいてます。
和菓子は昔ながらの美味しさです。どら焼おすすめですよ。
