針は刺す場合と刺さない場合とあるようです。
お灸を交えて治療します。1回で直ぐ治るものではありませんが、少なくとも肩周辺の鈍痛はかなり減少しました。
脈を見ながらその効果も測っている様で、私は効果がある体質の様です。
針を刺して緊張した筋肉がプルプルと解き放たれるという感じではありません。
