2021年初売りで目玉商品となる車が自分に買ってほしいと言わんばかりに展示されていました。当日は雪の降るなか、担当セールスマンの親切な説明や自分のニーズに合う車を紹介してもらい購入契約。 今回初めて北上自販さんで購入したが全体的にスタッフ関係、セールス等の対応は良く気持ちの良い商談が出来たと思います。 車購入検討の方、一度は足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか!

営業さんがとても話しやすかったです! 店員さんも感じ良かったけど… 2回目のオイル交換のはずなのに1回目と言われたり、保険屋さんとのやり取りがずさんになってるのか行き違いがあって、保険屋の方から「ちゃんと手続きしましたか?」と何度も連絡が来たり… 少しそれで不信感があります。 基本的な接客などは感じ悪くないので☆1にはしません。

車検後に段差などで左後輪に変な振動があると思って、別の店整備工場に診てもらったら、ブレーキネジが脱落していた。 「本来なら緩んで脱落するパーツではないし、車検時以外は触れない箇所」と説明を受け、すぐにこの店に連絡してネジを取り付けさせた。これで有料だったら許せないが、車検でブレーキのパーツを脱落させる時点で整備関連での信用は不可能。二度と車検は頼まない

先日走行中、交差点での停止中にエンジンが停止するトラブルがあり、近くの某店では修理できないとのこと、で購入した店である当店に連絡。 すぐに対応してもらえるとのことで喜んだのですが、症状を説明して点検してもらったら驚きの回答。 「こちらで調べてみた結果故障を確認できませんでしたので、クラッチの踏み込み不足ですね。もしどうにかしたいのならクラッチ丸ごと交換ですね。まあ、それでも症状が起きないとは限りませんが」 Nの状態で停止していたらとも説明したのに、クラッチの踏み込み不足とのこと。レバーをNにして停車していての踏み込み不足ってなんですかね、素人にもわかるよう教えてくださいよ。 修理しても故障起きないとは言わないと返す辺りがある意味で誠実だなぁと。 結局不確かな診断でクラッチ交換に10万以上かけることはやめて、別の修理工場で診断してもらうことにしました。診断はまだなので、結果次第で星やレビューは変更します。 エンジンのトラブルって燃料系、電気系、吸排気系が怪しいと思うのですがね。担当もこちらの話を聞かないので、整備関連での信頼性は微妙です。 追記 別の工場で診断してもらいました。原因はデポジットによる燃料噴出口の目詰まりだそうです。即日清掃してもらい、不調は改善しました。 いい加減な診断下して、それで本当にプロなのかと言いたい。店舗のみてくれだけじゃないんですか?

昔家族がここの店から軽自動車を購入し数年前に自分が引き継いだので、車検をお願いしたら整備士の態度が悪すぎて車検などの整備をお願いしたくないと思いました。 車検に出す際、オーディオ周りのパネルを自分で破壊してしまったので純正の交換部品を用意し渡したらこれは付けれないと言われ部品を発注するから届くまで車は返さないと言って危なく無駄なお金を払わされそうになりました。純正部品なのに付けれないのはおかしい。 また、バッテリーの固定ステーがないと言われエンジンルームの中を見てたら、エンジンルームの底に部品を隠されていたので指摘したら謝罪もなく「はい」の一言のみ。バッテリーは車検前に自分で交換してステーで固定しています。なくなっているはずはないので意図的に外しデタラメ言って金を取ろうとしたとしか考えられない。パネルの事にしろ酷すぎる。営業の方に言っても誠意が感じられず。売り上げの為なら汚いやり方をするんだなと思いました。 信用ならないので今はディーラーに整備をお願いしてます。
