私のような利用者が困った場合どうにかするつもりは無いようですので２度と利用しません。
When I asked about the failure twice, the response was surprisingly arrogant and bad. I don't have knowledge because cars are not hobbies, but I didn't want to explain them to those users in an easy-to-understand way, so it seemed very annoying.
I do not use it again because it seems that I do not intend to do something when a user like me is in trouble.
