JR清水駅北口からタクシーで1000円弱くらいのところにあります。
米、海苔にはこだわり、素材の味を活かした料理が自慢です。
魚は清水の市場で仕入れた新鮮なものばかりです。
お奨めは、全てですが、特に刺し盛り、馬刺、漬物ステーキ、海穴子、はお試しして欲しい逸品です。
ご主人はソムリエの資格も持っていますので、ワインも上手にチョイスしてくれますよ。
そしてワインに合うおつまみも提供してくれます。
１品もひと工夫してあり、リーゾナブルですので是非お試しを。
予約を取ってから行くと間違いがないので、ランチも夜も予約をお奨めします。
A sushi and izakaya restaurant opened in Shimizu in October.
It's about 1,000 yen by taxi from the north exit of JR Shimizu Station.
We are particular about rice and seaweed, and we pride ourselves on dishes that utilize the taste of the ingredients.
All the fish are fresh from the Shimizu market.
All the recommendations are recommended, but especially the sashimi, horsemeat, pickled steak, and sea eel is a dish you should try.
My husband also has a sommelier qualification, so he can choose wine well.
They also serve snacks that go well with wine.
