大規模レースの際、前売り販売の指定券駐車場(車中泊可)として使用され、キャパ400台程度の運用となっています。
そういった際はKDDIの移動基地局が設置されることが多く(2019年MotoGP開催中は無かったので台風19号被災地援助の影響もあるのでしょうか...)、基地局稼働中の時間帯はWiMAXのハイスピードが普通に使えます(夜間～早朝は圏外です)。モバイルはドコモはそこそこ使えますが他のキャリアどうなんでしょう．．．
グランドスタンド・直角コーナー辺りへも徒歩でのアクセスが良く、地下トンネルを使ってS字～V字方面に通り抜け出来るのが便利です。屋台も串系やホットドッグ系、オフィシャル物販が出ているので、悪天時に駐車場に篭もる場合も飢えることはありません。
深夜帯の場内は真っ暗なので、手洗い等に行く際には懐中電灯を持っていった方が安全です。

The ground stand and right-angled corners are easily accessible on foot, and it is convenient that you can pass through the S-V direction using an underground tunnel. It is safer to bring a flashlight when going to the bathroom because it is dark in the middle of the night.
