患者を真剣に診る気がない。風邪の症状が一週間以上続いたため診てもらうも、ただの風邪と診断。水分をたくさん取ればすぐに治るからと薬もくれない。翌日別の病院に行くと肺炎の診断。この辺りに日曜に開いている病院がないためここを利用しましたが、やる気が無いなら開いている意味があるのでしょうか?

口コミを見て、ひどいところなのかと覚悟して行きました。 前日(日)に混み具合の確認の電話をして、 祝日(月)の8:40到着、4番目でした。 電話では、来た人順ではなく、大変バタバタと混雑していて大変だったと聞きましたが、 前日の反省を生かしてか?紙に番号を書いてくださいと言われ、ほぼ、来た人順に受診できました。 あとから来た人は全然説明がなかったので、順番があるのか確認した方がいいです、9時過ぎるとあっという間に40人越えていました。 先生もとても丁寧に喉、首、背中をみてくれ、説明と、インフル検査もしました。 始めてで怖がっていると、 大丈夫大丈夫 ごめんねー怖いよね と、声か消してくれ、その日の担当医師によりあたりはずれがあるのかもしれません。 薬の説明も丁寧にしてくれ、イナビルもその場でやり方を教えてくれ、吸引しました。

体調がものすごく悪く、高熱があったため、他の病院がなくこちらを受診。ただの風邪との診断だったので、翌日会社に行くも、酷くて仕事にならず会社の診療所を受診。インフルと診断されたが、時すでに遅し、発症から48時間が過ぎていたから抗インフルエンザ薬は処方できないと言われ、解熱剤等の対応となった。こちらで診断してくれさえいれば、会社にも行かなかったし、抗インフルエンザ薬での治療もできたかと思うと、、、お金を払う意味がなかった。

受付時間9時からですがインフルエンザシーズンのため既に入りきらないほどの人。 医師が1人しかいないので2時間半ほど待ちました。 手短とは言えしっかり診察していただけ、体調悪い中でしたので安心しました。 入りきれない患者さんが外に出ていましたが看護婦さんがしっかりと声かけしてくれるので順番が飛ぶ心配も少ないと思います。 スリッパが少なく冬場は寒いので持参というのもありかもしれません。 待合室も小さいので座って待ってられるとも限りません。 子供は車で待たせて母親が立って順番を待ってるという風景がたくさん見受けられ、母の愛を思い出しなんだかお母さーん、と呼びたい気持ちになりました。

年末に38.5℃の高熱・咳・鼻水・体の痛みがあり、インフルエンザ検査をしに伺いました。低評価レビューを読んでいたので、期待をせずに行ったのですが、特に問題のない診療所でした!施設自体は簡易的ですので、本当に初期症状対応用です。重病は診れません。点滴は休めるベットがないので難しいです。あと内科・小児科以外のものも診れないかと。検査結果はインフルエンザと診断され「発症後48時間経ってて効かないかもだけど、タミフルどうする?」とお医者さんに聞かれたので念の為もらっておきました。ここも柔軟に対応していただきました。薬も1日分しか処方されないと他のレビューでみましたが、普通に5日分出していただけましたね。待合室の患者に慢性的な腰痛が理由で来ていらっしゃる方がいましたが、毎日来ている方のようで即帰されてました。そりゃインフルエンザ患者だらけの場所に来られても…と看護師さんに同情しました。インフルエンザ患者は簡易的な隔離室に移動しますが、私以外にも4人ほど患者がいたので、時期によっては軽い症状で伺うと逆にインフルエンザをもらうことになります。とにかくレビューが本当かな?と疑ってしまうようなことばかりでしたので、書き込ませていただきました。一部、自分都合な低評価もあるかもしれません。年末年始に夜まで診てもらえるのはありがたかったです。あくまで病院ではなく診療所という前提で、自分の症状を確認して伺ってもらえればと思います。

2019年のお正月休みに伺いました。 大変ごった返していて、患者さん達が脱ぎ散らかした靴を踏んでスリッパを履くような状態。2時間半程待ちました。 体調が辛く、横になって待ちたかったものの、椅子が少なく、座れるだけでもやっと。とても横になれそうもありません。 受付や会計の奥に見えるスタッフの方達も皆さん、忙しなく、余裕がない感じでした。 ようやく診ていただけた男性の先生は、とても丁寧で、こちらの質問にも親切に答えてくださいました。 インフルエンザと診断され、隔離室で吸引の薬をスタッフの方の指示に基づき吸引することになり、数人待った後、私の番に。 スタッフの方に最初に名前を告げると、用意されていた薬が違かったようで、別室に行かれ、戻られた後に吸引が始まりました。 吸引後、飲み薬(5日分)の服用方法を説明された後、手渡され、会計をして帰宅したのですが、帰宅してから薬袋の名前が二袋とも違うことがわかりました。 私の名前のうち、最初と最後だけは合っていて、真ん中の二文字が違いました。 恐らく書き間違えだとは思うのですが、医療機関としては絶対にあってはならないことです。 万が一、本当は別の薬だったとなると心配だったので翌日電話をしてみるも、休診日で電話が繋がりませんでした。 薬を渡される際にきちんと確認しなかった私にも責任がありますが、医療機関としても渡す際にしっかり確認するシステムがあるべきだと感じました。 当初は診療所に連絡するだけのつもりでしたが、こちらに書き込むことで、診療所とこれから行かれる方の両方に知っていただいた方が良いと思ったため、こちらに書き込みました。
