中	中山誠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西武拝島線東大和市駅改札口から直進、青梅街道を渡ったホームセンターヤサカの裏側に有ります。昼はラーメン屋、夜は居酒屋の隠れ家的お店(夜もラーメン可)。22時半に来店、1階はカウンター席7、5人掛けテーブル席1、2階は宴会席(らしい？)。先客5、カウンター席へ。みそらーめん(750円)+味玉(100円)･ちやーしゅう(200円)と生中(480円)注文+お通し(？円)。北海道産の麺(西山製麺)と味噌使用。コクが有るけど濃すぎずまろやかなスープ、コシの強いもっちりした中太縮れ麺。多めの炒め野菜が良く絡みます。大きなホロホロのチャーシューと半熟味玉が良い味わいです。器が熱さを保つメタル丼(ステンレス製中空二重構造)、最期まで熱々で頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。 It is on the other side of home center Yasaka which went straight from the Seibu Kaijima Line Higashiyamato Station ticket gate and crossed Ome Kaido.
