御夫婦で経営されてる中華料理店です。
向日市激辛商店街ということで、激辛ファンの聖地でもあります。
ここは生半可な辛党が来ると、返り討ちにあいます(笑)
餃子のレベルは知れてるのですが、麻婆豆腐と炒飯の辛さは常軌を逸しています。
胃の粘膜が刺激でやられます。
ただ、単に辛いだけではなく、ちゃんと料理の味も美味しいです?
自分の辛党レベルを確かめたい方、初心に帰りたい方、平凡な日常に刺激が欲しい方は訪れてみては？？←

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 激辛商店街加盟店。餃子専門店ではなくその他メニューもあります。
イチオシと思われるKARA1餃子は餃子本来の旨味を残したまま辛味が効かせてあり、ビールが進む美味しい餃子でした。餃子好きとしては高い評価を出さざるを得ません。

KARA1 gyoza, which seems to be the best choice, was a delicious gyoza with a spicy effect while retaining the original taste of gyoza. As a gyoza lover, I have to give a high evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 向日神社付近で仕事だったのですがまともにお昼食べられる店はここしかありません。餃子は評判良いみたいですがとりあえず日替わりランチの唐揚げ定食注文。でも出てきたのは唐揚げと言うより鶏肉の天ぷら。味も素っ気ない。明日は餃子注文しようかな(^_^;)
I used to work near the Sunshine Shrine, but this is the only restaurant where I can have a decent lunch. Gyoza seems to have a good reputation, but for the time being, I ordered a fried chicken set meal for a daily lunch. But what came out was chicken tempura rather than fried chicken. The taste is also plain. I wonder if I will order dumplings tomorrow (^ _ ^;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辛いもの苦手なので辛いもの好きに付き添って行ったのですが、通常の辛くないものもおいしかったです。
ラーメンや餃子やカニ玉等いろいろ頼んでシェアして食べました。
ラーメンは普通のラーメンですね。これ食べるならチャーハンの方が良いかも？
餃子は中華な香辛料が(六角？八角？)効いていて本格的です。スパイス強いと食べにくい時がありますがそんなことはなく絶妙なバランスです。
水餃子の皮はちゃんと分厚くておいしい。
かに玉のしたに千切りキャベツやネギがひいてあってとん平焼きっぽいです。しんなりした野菜が食べやすくヘルシーでおいしい。
辛いもの得意な旦那が麻婆豆腐の初級食べて涙流していました。だいぶ辛いようですよ。ちょっとお試しで辛いの食べるなら餃子激辛初級くらいが良いかも知れません。
I didn't like spicy foods so I went along with the ones who like spicy foods, but the normal non-spicy foods were delicious.

The dumplings are authentic with Chinese spices (hexagonal or octagonal?). Sometimes strong spices make it difficult to eat, but this is not the case and the balance is perfect.
The dumplings are thick and tasty.
It has a crab ball and shredded cabbage and green onions, and it looks like a tonaki. Soft and easy-to-eat vegetables are healthy and delicious.
My husband, who was good at spicy food, ate tears by eating Mapo tofu at the beginning level. It seems to be quite spicy. If you want to try and eat spicy food for a while, you may want to start with gyoza super spicy.

昭和な感じのお店です。
私は強い火力と鉄のフライパンと華麗な混ぜでしか味わえないパラパラのチャーハンが好きですが、ここのは家庭のチャーハンか！と、つっこみたくなるほどしっとりとしたチャーハンで味付けも薄く、卵もスクランブルエッグみたいになっており、だめでした。
からあげも味が薄いし、肉がいまいちで、お口にはあいませんでした。まずいわけではないです。ラーメンもインパクトがなく薄味で麺硬めでした。餃子もいまいちでしだが、彼は餃子だけはまだ美味しかったっといってました。
また行きたいとは思いませんでした。

I like fried rice that can only be tasted with strong heat, iron frying pan and splendid mixture, but this is home fried rice! The fried rice was so moist that I wanted to squeeze it in, the seasoning was light, and the eggs were like scrambled eggs, so it was useless.
The fried chicken had a light taste and the meat was not good enough, so I didn't like it. It's not bad. The ramen had no impact and was light and the noodles were hard. The dumplings weren't good either, but he said that only the dumplings were still delicious.
I didn't want to go again.

お味は決して美味しくない事は有りません。

息子はチャーハンが美味しく、奥さんと娘は餃子が美味しかったと言っていました。
ボリュームも多く、日常使いにとてもいい店だと思います。

My son said that the fried rice was delicious, and his wife and daughter said that the dumplings were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こたつはんのお勧めとの事でお邪魔しました。まんぷくセットを注文。私の推しはかに玉！甘酢があまり酸っぱくなく、パクパク食べられました、唐揚げも油っぽくない。チャーハンの味付けが一瞬、薄いと思いましたが、このおかずにはこの味付けが最適でした、さすがプロの味、美味しかったです。
