天気さえ良ければ甲斐駒ヶ岳山頂まで遮るもののない標高差2500mを体感できます。
This is a commercial location for Suntory's "Natural Alps Natural Water". Hikaru Utada and Garaku Uchida (Uta) are shooting here.
If the weather is fine, you can experience an unobstructed altitude difference of 2500m to the summit of Kai Komagatake.

Visited November 5, 2019. A watermill next to a small park. The details are unknown because there was no guidance. I think it is enough to take a light walk.

とても素晴らしい景色でした♪
季節ごとにまた違う景色が見れそうな場所です。
整備も行き届いていて、地元の方々が大事にされている場所なのだろうと感じました。
ぜひ立ち寄られる事をおすすめします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コトコトと音を立てて水車が回転する水車小屋の奥に、武川町が輩出した偉大な俳人武藤亜山の句碑があります。「夕立たむ 駒岳の雲 田に染美つ 亞山」と書かれています。前衛の黒戸山と被ることなく甲斐駒ケ岳がその勇姿を惜しげも無く現すこの付近は、地元サンスイ地所さんのホームページのバナーやサントリーの天然水グリーンティーのロケ地にもなっています。
At the back of the water mill, where the water spins with a whirling sound, there is a monument to the great haiku Muto Ayama that Takekawa-cho produced. It is written that "Yumidate Komudake's Unda To Somitsu Sozan". It is also the banner of the homepage of the local Sansui Jisho and the location site of the natural water green tea of Suntory near this place where Kakomagatake will unleash its mighty appearance without being overwhelmed by Mt.

水車小屋と池には鯉が泳いでいて地元の方の憩いの場所になっているようでした。
It was sunny and I could see Mt. Kaikoma and the scenery was good.
Carps were swimming in the watermill and the pond, and it seemed to be a place of relaxation for the locals.
