K	Kacho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR西荻窪駅北口側にある銀行。「西荻窪駅前支店」と「西荻窪支店」があって、2018年10月23日より「西荻窪支店」はこちらの「西荻窪駅前支店」内に移転したとのことです。同じ建物内にあるようですが、統合ではなく移転。店番と電話番号もそれぞれにあります。出張所でないため簡単に統合はできないのかもしれませんが、「西荻窪駅前支店」内に「西荻窪支店」があるという状況が非常に分かりづらいです。それとは別件ですが、以前こちらの「西荻窪駅前支店」にて新規口座を開設した際に、窓口の職員の方の対応に不信感を持った出来事があります。口座開設にあたって個人情報を記入する際、DM送付に関して可・不可にチェックを入れる項目があったのですが、該当職員の方が、DMに関する一切の説明なしに、ピンポイントで「可」を指差しながら「ここにチェックを入れてください」と。そういうものなのかと一旦は従って「可」にチェックを入れましたが、やはり不思議に思ったので「不可は選べないのですか？」と聞くと、「選べますが…。その場合は訂正印を…」とのことでした。気付いた時点で指摘しなかったことは私が悪いですが、訂正印が必要になるレベルの選択を、契約者に選択させず誘導するような対応には不信感を覚えました。この一件以外で不快な出来事はありませんが、その記憶がずっと残っています。さすがに該当職員の方特有の対応だったのかと思うので、他の職員の方は違うと思います。 A bank on the north exit side of JR Nishiogikubo Station. There are no unpleasant events other than this one, but I remember it for a long time. I think that it was a response peculiar to the relevant staff member, so I think that the other staff members are different.
