★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の殿様商売の大手銀行です。客を待たせて当たり前と思っているのでしょう。少しでも早く、という気持ちは微塵も感じられません。
大手銀行はこんなものですので、評価は普通とします。地銀は潰れそうなところばかりなので、メガバンクで我慢するしかありません。
It is a major bank of ordinary lord business. I guess it's natural to have customers wait. I can't feel the slightest feeling of being quick.
The major banks are like this, so the evaluation is normal. The regional banks are just about to collapse, so you have to put up with a megabank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書類手続きをお願いしに書類を出し待っていると別の人の件で銀行員同士が集まり大きい声で相談し始めました。散々待たされたあげく、これでは手続き出来ませんと言われました。出来ないならもっと早く言ってください。そちらの相談事は中でやって下さい。待ち時間のせいで駐車料金まで払わされました。もう尾頭橋店には行きません！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提出まで時間のない手続きをしなければならず非常に苛々してしまったが、若い女性の方（山◯様）の対応が非常に迅速かつ丁寧で、またこちらの苛立ちを感じ取ってか、他愛のないお話も混ぜて対応してくださり本当に良かった。
銀行はお堅くマニュアル脳しかない人たちばかりだと思っていたが、こういう若い人たちが増えてくるともっと利用しやすくなると思う。その人に惚れた。
