見晴らし最高?されど風強し?
日暮れを待つため遊歩道を散策。
自衛隊の施設があるので少々眺望は遮られますが、陸奥湾や津軽海峡、恐山などなかなかの絶景。但し遊歩道は16:30までなので、注意が必要です。
6月は陽が長い??
19:50頃函館の夜景にも似た楚々とした揚羽蝶の姿に遭遇できたため強風より避難。中はオシャレなカフェ風でいい感じです。
6月1日(残雪の状況による)から11月3日までの開設で、紅葉は10月上旬頃が見頃だそうです。下北半島に来たら是非❗おすすめです。

Take a walk along the promenade to wait for the nightfall.
The view is a little obstructed because of the facilities of the Self-Defense Forces, but the view is quite spectacular, such as Mutsu Bay, Tsugaru Strait, and Osorezan. However, please note that the promenade is open until 16:30.
The sun is long in June ??
Around 19:50, I was able to encounter a swallowtail butterfly that resembled the night view of Hakodate, so I evacuated from a strong wind. The inside is a fashionable cafe style and it feels good.
It will be open from June 1st (depending on the snow conditions) to November 3rd, and the autumn leaves are in full bloom around the beginning of October. If you come to Shimokita Peninsula, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現地の人が、明日の天気が晴れだから今夜の夜景は綺麗だと教えてくれました。夕焼けも絶景で素敵でした。勿論、晴天の日中も感動します。風が強く夏場でも少し冷えるので羽織る物があるといいですよ。
The locals told me that the night view tonight is beautiful because tomorrow's weather will be fine. The sunset was also wonderful with a superb view. Of course, you will be impressed even during the daytime on a sunny day. The wind is strong and it gets a little cold even in the summer, so it would be nice to have something to put on.

注意点はマップでは恐山側から展望台経由で海側に行ける感じですが、展望台から先は自衛隊施設となるので通り抜けできません
The weather is great!
The point to note is that you can go from the Osorezan side to the sea side via the observatory on the map, but you can not go through because the SDF facility will be beyond the observatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 釜臥山展望台に行く途中で，「恐山展望台」，「むつ湾展望駐車場」があります。初めて行くと間違えそうなので，更に進む必要があります。
営業時間が「～21時30分」の意味は，ゲートが閉まって，むつ湾展望駐車場まで追い出されます（いつの間にかゲート閉まって下山できないという事態はなさそうです。）。
さておき，無料の望遠鏡がいいです（普通は１００円取られる望遠鏡です）。
よその国のスパイさんを気にしていないのか，上方にある程度自由に向けられるので天体観望も出来ます。
木星のガリレオ衛星ははっきり見えました。土星もあれば輪が見えると思われます。
営業時間終了で追い出されたら，むつ湾展望駐車場で天体観望おすすめです。釜臥山展望台は人工光が多すぎで目が慣れないのですが，むつ湾展望駐車場は真っ暗です。
都会ではまず無理な天の川が見られました。流星雨も火球だけでなく細やかのも見られます。時期を選べばアンドロメダ銀河（みかけは満月３つ分の大きさ）も余裕で肉眼で見られると思われます。
On the way to Kamabuseyama Observatory, there are "Osorezan Observatory" and "Mutsu Bay Observatory Parking Lot". The first time you go, you may make a mistake, so you need to go further.
The meaning of business hours "~ 21: 30" means that the gate will close and you will be expelled to the Mutsuwan Observatory Parking Lot (it seems unlikely that the gate will close and you will not be able to descend).
Aside from that, a free telescope is good (usually a telescope that costs 100 yen).
Perhaps you don't care about spies from other countries, you can also observe the celestial bodies because you can point them upwards to some extent.
Jupiter's Galilean moons were clearly visible. If you have Saturn, you can see the ring.
If you are kicked out at the end of business hours, we recommend observing the celestial bodies at the Mutsuwan Observatory Parking Lot. Kamabuseyama Observatory has too much artificial light to get used to, but Mutsu Bay Observatory Parking Lot is pitch black.
First of all, the impossible Milky Way was seen in the city. Meteor rain can be seen not only in fireballs but also in detail. If you choose the time, you can see the Andromeda galaxy (apparently the size of three full moons) with the naked eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山に登るまでは晴れていたのですが、台風が近づいていたせいか、展望台付近は霧がすごくて、残念ながら綺麗な景色は見れませんでした。
防衛省の施設が近くにあるみたいで、立ち入り禁止の有刺鉄線があったり見張りの方が居たりと、少し不思議な観光地でした。
気温30度超の夏日だったのですが、山の上はかなり涼しく、心地いい風が吹いていました。
屋上のベンチにはセミが1匹・・・力いっぱい鳴いていました。
晴れ渡る日に、また来ようと思います。
It was sunny until I climbed the mountain, but unfortunately I couldn't see the beautiful scenery because the fog was so great near the observatory, probably because the typhoon was approaching.
It seems that the facility of the Ministry of Defense is nearby, and there are barbed wire that is off limits and there are guards, so it was a little strange tourist spot.
It was a summer day with a temperature of over 30 degrees Celsius, but the top of the mountain was quite cool and a pleasant breeze was blowing.
There was one cicada on the rooftop bench ... it was singing with all its might.
I will come again on a sunny day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年6月 気温７℃で強風吹く中「アゲハチョウ」を見るために訪れました。 北海道もハッキリ見えて眺望が素晴らしい！ この日は満月「ストロベリームーン」ということで、私の他にも立派なカメラを三脚に据えて撮影している方が２人いました。 夜を待つこと１時間、たいへん満足できる夜景を見ることが出来ました。
June 2019 I visited to see the "swallowtail butterfly" while the temperature was 7 ℃ and the strong wind was blowing. Hokkaido is also clearly visible and the view is wonderful! Because this day was the full moon "Strawberry Moon", there were two people besides me who were shooting with a good camera on a tripod. I was able to see a very satisfying night view for an hour waiting for the night.
