I wonder how many times I had my shoes fixed. I'm just grateful. There is a salesperson who keeps selling things skillfully. There are craftsmen who keep repairing with few words. When I buy shoes that don't fit, or when my precious memories come back beautifully, I cry. Which tear you shed depends on the customer.
