★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていました。私だけが感じているのか、皆は、平気なのか、とても矛盾を感じる日々でした。私は介護の仕事をしています。
有料への派遣は初めてでしたので、有料ではこういう扱いを入所者様にするのかと驚きました。
まず、嫌いな入所者様の悪口を陰でいい、名前は呼び捨てでした。また、入所者様の希望や訴えに対しては、威圧的に上から目線で反論し、言い任せる現場を目撃しました。
従業員は、正社員、派遣社員、パート等様々な雇用形態ですが、副施設長の看護士の好き嫌いで選ばれる事が多く真面目に真心込めて入所者様に接する人達は入所者様方から惜しまれながらやめざるを得ない状況になります。残る従業員は、馬鹿ばかり。食事も冷たくて不味い。とてもお気の毒で見ていられませんでした。

First of all, I could say bad things about the residents I hate, and the name was abandoned. In addition, I witnessed the scene where I intimidatedly argued against the wishes and complaints of the residents from above and left them to me.
Employees have various forms of employment such as full-time employees, dispatched employees, part-time employees, etc. However, we are in a situation where we have no choice but to stop. The remaining employees are all stupid. The food is cold and unpleasant. I'm very sorry I couldn't see it.
