契約までの手順や通信の質、つながる機種保証など、親身になって答えてくれました。
なお、自分の機種が楽天simに対応しているかどうかは、店頭で調べてもらえます。

実際は上新電機三国ヶ丘店の中にある楽天モバイル取扱コーナーと言うだけです。
一応常駐している人間がいるので、店舗と言えば店舗になるのかもしれませんが・・・。
ただ、置いている機種は限られているので、
楽天モバイルで取り扱っている全機種をその場で見て購入できる訳ではありません。
2019年12月現在はMVNOなので、実際のMNOサービスが始まったときには充実してもらえることを期待したいと思います。
