け	けーめあ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店員さんはいつ来ても微妙なのはなぜだろう。新宿ルミネのMOUSSYは皆感じがよく、親切。先日、欲しいコートがあり在庫があるか確認。在庫がもうなく店頭に出てるのしかないと言われました。色んな人が試着しているものを買うのは嫌なので、他店舗で在庫があるか確認してもらえるか聞き、確認してもらいましたが、どこもないとのこと。前に、新宿ルミネで同じようなことがあり、その時店員さんは一生懸命探してくれて大阪から取り寄せて自宅配送してくれたことがありました。しかし、池袋MOUSSYの店員さんはわたしが他県から取り寄せられるか聞いた所、たぶんどこももう在庫はないと思うので～と面倒臭そうに言われました。そのあと、西武のshelterに行ったらとても親切な人で、他県にあることを確認してくれ問い合わせてくれて取り寄せてくれることになりました。池袋MOUSSYの店員さんもお客にもっと寄り添う接客をしてほしいです。 Why is the clerk here always delicate?
