退去時、とあるものをそのままにしておいて良いと伺ったにも関わらず、しっかり精算書に処理費を記載してきた。なお、守谷支店は精算時に不当な請求を行なってきた。こちらが指摘したところすぐミスに気づき引っ込めた。

数年経ち担当が変わってしまったのか、設備トラブル等に関して連絡しても一ヶ月以上放置されました。
担当者個々人の技量と言えばそれまでですが、正直おすすめはできません。
