本殿は入母屋造で明治時代の経営者である三菱鉱業奉納の三菱マークが刻印された玉垣と木造鳥居があります
According to the explanation board, it is a shrine that is said to have been built by the Yoshioka Copper Mine owner Otsuka family from Kyoho in the middle of the Edo period to the Meiwa period.
The main shrine has a Tamagaki and a wooden torii gate engraved with the Mitsubishi mark dedicated to the Mitsubishi mining industry, which is an Irimoya-style building and was the owner of the Meiji era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1770年頃に創建された『さんじんさま』こと山神社。
急な石段を登りきると、意外に広い境内に本殿と大きな楠木が目立ちます。創建時に作られた手水舎の石桶が無造作に放置されていました。
境内からの見晴らしは期待する程では無いでしょうか。
1972年の廃山により過疎化が進み、御神体は高草八幡神社に合祀されたようです。
