O representante que veio até meu apato fez a vistoria em menos de 5 minutos e disse que iria me mandar o orçamento. Fiquei esperando dias e como o orçamento não chegavam e eu estava sem agua quente, resolvi ligar... Ele me passou o preço por boca, mas cadê o orçamento?
Péssimo atendimento e muito descaso... Quase um mês esperando ...
NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、ネットで買ったガスコンロに間違えたホースをつけてしまい取れなくなりました。東邦ガス、リンナイ、ホース屋等に連絡しましたが、皆答えはおなじ、取れるかどうか分かりません。出張料がかかります。とほんとに途方にくれているのにどこも対処してくれようとはしてくれない中、三河商事に電話かけたら事務員さんが、はい取れますよ。と一言。えつ！と思い持っていったらなかなか取れない中男性2人が必死に対処してくれました。感動しました。ほんとに困った時に親身になってくださる会社だと確信しました。ほんとにありがとうございました。

２、開栓の電話に出た方の口調が悪いです。
私は、上から目線で物事を話しているように感じました。不愉快です。

10年経ち装置からアラームが鳴るようになり点検を頼むと機械を開ける事もせず交換が必要で30万かかると言われました。
不安もあり、太陽光発電会社に相談したら専門業者が点検に来てくれて、配電盤だけ交換すれば良いで半額で済みました。
設置の時もミスが２ヶ所もあり、信用できない事もありました。
今後は他の会社に頼む事にしました。
