M	Makoto Takai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺り(川越・大宮・浦和近辺)の同業と比較して、接客は丁寧・親切。広いとは言えないスペースに展示してあり、なんとなくですが、活気が有るように感じる。長らく営業しているし、メンテナンス工場も充実しているので、購入後の応対も安心できそうです。１７号の混雑するエリアに立地するので入りにくさがあります。が、前述通り、応対が良いのでわざわざ見に行って嫌な感じはしません。最近も新型X3、X2を見に行きました。近所だし自分がBMWを買うときはここにしますよ。 Compared to the same industry in this area (Kawagoe, Omiya, Urawa area), the customer service is polite and kind. 岡	岡島渉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主の対応が最悪すぎる。何しに行ったんだというばかりの対応、常に上から目線で話してくる。他の社員の人に対してもそういう態度を取ってるのか見てみたら予想的中。今日見た時は他社の人にも冷たい対応してるのを見た。そういう光景を見るとこっちも流石に気分が悪くなる。もう二度と行かない。 The store owner's response is too bad. 2	20000 saint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の店舗で購入したため、ショールーム訪れても対応が冷たい。気持ちは分かるが…せめて普通レベルに対応してもらいたい。今度はここで買うかもしれないじゃないか。（実際に前々車はここで買ったんだから！）案内が来て新しいモデルを見学しに行ったときもコーヒー一杯すら出ない。サービスセンターの方々は丁寧で良い。 Since I bought it at another store, it was cold when I visited the showroom.
