一元で行って主人に怒られるので、幾ら掛かるのか、見積りして欲しいと話しますと、本当にお安く必要な所を丁寧に修理して頂けました
社長さんのお人柄で、とても忙しくされてるのに、迅速に、丁寧に修理して頂けました
待合室もとてもオシャレにされていて素敵なお店でした
修理してくださった人も、親切で、車出るのも誘導してくれ、感謝です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RK5 ステップワゴンスパーダの足回りと、ブレーキローター研磨、ブレーキパッド交換、ブレーキOIL交換をお願いしました。
事前にメールでやり取りを行い足回りの部品は大きいので送って頂いてて良いですよと声を掛けて頂き助かりました。
メール対応、電話対応、作業に関しほんとにお願いして良かったと思います。
次回は車検でお世話になろうかと考えております。

電話で問い合わせをしたのですが、終始あり得ない程めんどくさいような機嫌が悪いような態度。
ここまで最悪な電話対応は初めてです。
対応が良いとクチコミにありましたが、良いどころか最悪です。

工賃は地域最安値だと思います。
調整もしっかりしてあり、安心出来ます。
星マイナスは、代車がタバコ臭かったからです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車で購入した車がガレージの高さに合わずローダウンサスへバネ交換を依頼。事前連絡をした上で初訪問。NASCARレースチームの様に、三人でスタンバイされてました。さくさくっと素早くも丁寧な作業。待合室は、オールドアメリカンな雰囲気とナショナルの古いアンプからラジオ番組が流れる。外観は下町の自動車整備工場だけど、また来たくなる空間がリピーターを生むんだなぁ、と感心しました。次は何をしてもらおうかな？

社長さん、スタッフさんも話しやすい方々でした。
次からも何かあれば頼みたいと思ってます。
