試しにロードバイクに乗せていただいた江戸川河川敷の気持ちよさは格別でした。

クロスバイクの1日レンタルを利用しました。夜中のうちに届けてもらい、返却はとめた場所を報告するだけ。画期的で便利なシステムです
。(調べた中では、夜のうちに届けてくれるのはここだけで、朝から使いたかったので助かりました。)
夜、予約が入っているところに1台ずつ届けるということは、昼間のサポートは期待できないかな……と思っていましたが、朝早くからのメールの問い合わせにもすぐに対応してくださり、心配して電話までしてくださって感激しました。
クロスバイク自体も新しくて走りやすかったです。私は初心者が乗りやすいものを用意してもらいましたが、本格的なロードバイクなども揃っているようです。
ぜひ皆さんも利用してみてください。

I was wondering if I could expect daytime support to deliver one by one to the place where the reservation was made at night, but I was worried that he would immediately respond to email inquiries from early in the morning. I was deeply moved by the fact that he even called me.
The cross bike itself was new and easy to drive. I asked them to prepare something that is easy for beginners to ride, but it seems that they also have full-scale road bikes.
Please use it by all means.

It was a great day to cross across the Gulf Road podering, Rainbow Bridge, and more. It was great with a well kept giant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロードレースシーズンの真っ最中に父が他界し、バイクを梱包する時間なく実家に帰ることになってしまいましたが、母の気遣いにより東京サイクリングツアー＆レンタサイクルさんからバイクを借りて練習を続けることができました。レンタルしたのはCannondale Synapseで、お値段も長期割引が効いて大変リーズナブルでした。また、5日目あたりにスプロケットの調子が悪くなった時、当日中に駆けつけてくださり、ホイールを丸ごと交換してもらえました。（しかも、後輪だけ替えてちぐはぐだったら格好悪いから、前輪も交換！）本当に親切かつ迅速なサービスで、本格的に走る人のニーズも非常によく理解していらっしゃいます。
My father passed away in the middle of the road race season and I had to go home without time to pack the bike, but due to my mother's concern, I could borrow a bike from Tokyo Cycling Tour & Bicycle Rental and continue practicing. I did. I rented Cannondale Synapse, and the price was very reasonable with a long-term discount. Also, when the sprocket got sick around the 5th day, he rushed in during the day and had me replace the whole wheel. (Moreover, if you change only the rear wheels, it's awkward, so change the front wheels too!) The service is really kind and quick, and you understand the needs of people who run in earnest very well.
