イワシ、うまづらはぎ、ゲタを購入しましたが
安くて小さなイワシでも、頭を落として内臓処理してくれて、調理のコツなんかも教えてくれました。
クーラーボックスで持ち帰り当日夜に焼きと、煮付けにしましたが鮮度が抜群によく臭みも無く、とても美味しかったです。
イワシって、めちゃくちゃ美味しいんだなって実感(ﾉ)'ω`(ヾ)
