中でも、サーモンは最高に美味しかった

裏通りのリセンヌ小路より元町の
仲通りへ入って5、6軒先の右側に有ります。
いつも週末通る度に確認するのですが、
殆ど表に出ている看板に満席と書いて有りますが、
雨の祝日だったせいか看板が出てなかったので、
伺って見たら空き席が有り、珍しく通りすがりで
入店出来てしまいました＼(^o^)／
かなり久々の訪店でしたが、
相変わらずの素敵なコース内容でとっても
リーズナブルでした(^^)

今回厨房の黒い服の方がずっと他の
店員さんを怒鳴っていて(・・;)

It is on the right side of 5 or 6 eaves after entering Nakadori.
I always check every weekend,
Most of the signboards on the front say that it is full,
Because it was a rainy holiday, there was no sign, so
When I visited, there were vacant seats, and it was unusual for me to pass by.
I was able to enter the store \ (^ o ^) /
It's been a long time since I visited the store,
Very nice course content as usual
It was reasonable (^^)

繊細なアミューズからしっかりとしたメイン料理までじっくりと味わえた。器の盛り付け方も凝っていて目でも楽しめる。
グラスで頼んだワインは料理にぴったりの物をお店の方が選んでくれた。
充実したコース内容とワインにとても満足した。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水曜日に港の見える丘公園から車で降りてきて、さてお昼はどこに？
中華街に行くか元町で探すか…今日は元町にしよう。
車を商店街提携駐車場に停め、そこから石川町の方面に向かって散策。
100mくらいかなぁーふと目に入った??国旗、赤い外装のお店。立て看板メニュー覗いていたらお店の方が説明に来て下さり、そのままこちらでいただくことに。
コースは3つ。私たちはフォアグラが少し苦手なのでお手ごろなAランチ(￥2,800)を頼んでみた。
アミューズはチーズのグジュール(フランス版ポンデケージョ)とトマトのムース。
グジュールが逆さまにしたカクテルグラスの上に乗ってる?!食べ終わり下げていただくと、カクテルグラスがそのままに…「なになに？」そこにPOTを持ったお店の方がスープを注ぎ入れる。本日はさつまいもの冷製スープ。
何たる演出！目がまん丸(ﾟﾛﾟ;)
次はオードブル。こちらは注文時自分でセレクト。私は玉ねぎとベーコンのキッシュ。連れはカツオ(+300円)、
このカツオ1口貰った。あらカツオにチーズが合うなんて…ワイン飲みたい?でも運転が…
魚料理は白身魚(真鯛かな)のポワレ、シャンパンソース付。これがまたとっても美味しくておかわりぃ！w
メインはやまゆりポークのポワレをセレクト。
ポーク好きイラッしゃーい♡美味しすぎてなんとも言えない笑いが出る。少しだけ着いている脂のところがカリッ、全体は高級ハム贅沢厚切りバージョン(表現が庶民?)
デザートは自家製カスタードのミルフィーユ。カスタードがほんとに上品。上に載せてあるパイ生地がとってもアクセント。
最後に飲み物と焼き菓子。
このお値段でこのコースが食べられるならものすごく嬉しい！

Whether to go to Chinatown or look for it in Motomachi ... Let's go to Motomachi today.
Park your car at the parking lot affiliated with the shopping district and take a walk toward Ishikawa Town from there.
I wonder if it's about 100m ?? A shop with a national flag and a red exterior. If you were looking into the standing signboard menu, the shop would come to explain it and you could just go here.
There are three courses. We are not good at foie gras, so we ordered an affordable A lunch (¥ 2,800).
Amuse is cheese gujuru (French version of Pondequejo) and tomato mousse.
Is it on the cocktail glass that Gujuru turned upside down ?! When you finish eating, the cocktail glass remains as it is ... "What?" The shop with the POT pours the soup there. Today is a cold sweet potato soup.
What a production! Eyes are round (゚;)
Next is hors d'oeuvre. This is selected by yourself when ordering. I'm an onion and bacon quiche. The companion is bonito (+300 yen),
I got one bonito. Oh, cheese goes well with bonito ... I want to drink wine ? But driving ...
The fish dish is white fish (red sea bream) with poele and champagne sauce. This is very delicious again! w
The main selection is Yamayuri Pork Poire.
I love pork ♡ It's so delicious that I can't say anything about it. The fat that is slightly worn is crispy, and the whole is a luxurious thick-sliced version of high-class ham (expression is common people ?)
The dessert is homemade custard millefeuille. The custard is really elegant. The puff pastry on the top is a very accent.
Finally drinks and baked goods.
I would be very happy if I could eat this course at this price!
