M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでクロスバイクを購入しました。購入してから、2ヶ月で後輪ブレーキの不具合やチューブの交換が必要になりました。自転車を購入した際の担当の方にチューブやタイヤが劣化してるのでセットで交換が必要になりますとチューブ以外にも売りつけてきました。それだったら、劣化したパーツの自転車を売るなよって思いました。そして、ここでチューブの交換をしてもらってからまた1ヶ月でチューブの交換が必要になり、別のお店のスタッフからはひどい自転車を売りつけられましたねとかあそこのお店からこちらに流れてくるお客様は多いと言っておりました。家から近いので今後お付き合いして行こうと思ったのですが、あまりにも売ってる自転車の売り方やアフターフォローが酷すぎる。よくその担当の方はコンビニで見かけるのですが気分を悪く感じます。今後は他の自転車屋でお付き合いしてもらいます。最後に言いたいのは、子供やないんやから商売してるんだったら真面目にやって下さい。あまりにもアフターフォローの対応や売ってる自転車の質が悪すぎる。 I bought a cross bike here.
