旅先で色々な方に紹介していただいて、とても楽しみに訪れました。 事前にスマホで調べてみると、画像にタコがあり、タコ好きな私はココだ!と思いました。 しかし、入店しても「いらっしゃいませ」もなし。ところが常連にだけはしていました。 入店してすぐ冬場だったので掛けていたメガネが曇ったにも関わらず店長らしき若い目の男性が無言でティッシュペーパーをぶっきらぼうかつ無作法に渡してきました。 「口ないんかい!」と思いながらどんどん機嫌が悪くなりながら暫く居ました。 常連にだけお通しを提供して、常連とだけ楽しくおしゃべりをしつつ、入店して5分で気分が悪くなり、勧められた豆腐1品だけ口にして出ました。 本題の味は、料理の手ほどきを受けた者なら猿でも出来るレベル。 こんなもの有り難がるなんて舌が貧しいとしか思えないです。 料金は豆腐とビールの小で1000円弱。 ホントに胸くそ悪かったです。

駅すぐ前のあの「飯田おでん」が堪能できるお店 飯田は東京から電車で5時間の距離。飯田おでんをいただく為だけに旅立つ自分w 当日、家を9時過ぎに出て立川駅から「スーパーあずさ」で上諏訪駅、松本行きの中央線で岡谷駅で乗り換えて飯田線を2時間ちょっと・・飯田駅に着いたのは14時40分・・実に5時間かけてやってきました飯田の町。(5時間もあれば新幹線で東京から九州の博多まで行けてしまうよね!) それがマジでおでんを食べるだけの目的で来たというのだから人から見れば理解不能だろう(^_^; さてお目当ての「飯田おでん」ですが、飯田おでんはタレに特長があって、醤油ベースのねぎだれをかけて食べるのが定番のスタイルとのこと。こちらの〆清さんでもかけて頂きました。 おでんの出汁は関東寄りの薄味の醤油ベースでスッキリ仕上げている。ねぎだれで味を調整する感じですね。それとちくわぶが入っていたのもかなり珍しい。(東京以外で食べたのは初めてかも(^_^;) ネギだれといえば・・思い浮かぶのは湯豆腐にかけてよくいただくがまさしくそのイメージ通りで、想像通りのおいしさ、このためだけにねぎだれがあると言っても過言ではないw(ちなみに豆腐っておでんの具材として入ってない地域の方が多い気がする) ちなみにねぎダレは町のお土産屋さんで売っているので買って帰りました(^^)(しばらく飯田おでん風が楽しめました(^^)) また「袋」(巾着)と呼ばれるものを頂いたが、通常、餅が入っていることの方が定番だったりするが、こちらは篠田巻の中身のような煮物が詰まったものでちょっと珍しいかも・・ いわゆる「牛すじ」は扱いが難しい(油が浮いてしまうので)とのことので入れるのをやめたらしいが、東京でも油ぎとぎと系の店じゃない限り入ってない事の方が多いのでこの出汁なら正しい選択でしょう! 1時間ほど居ましたが、常連の方も交えて全国のおでんについてお話しを出来たので楽しかったです。(こういうアットホームな感じがおでん屋さんの醍醐味ですね) ちなみに店の名前は正確には「おたぐり おでん 〆清」さんで、おでんの他にも「おたぐり」なるものがあるの? 後で調べて分かったのですが、飯田、伊那辺りの郷土料理のようで馬のモツ煮込みのような料理らしい・・折角だから頂いておけば良かったわ・・事前の調査不足は痛恨だなぁ 店主さんが気さくな方でまた是非に来たいと思いました(^^)

I feel that there are more areas that are not included as ingredients) By the way, the green onion sauce is sold at a souvenir shop in the town, so I bought it and went home (^^) (I enjoyed the Iida oden style for a while (^^)) Also, I received something called a "bag" (pouch), but usually it is more standard to have mochi in it, but this may be a little unusual because it is filled with simmered food like the contents of Shinoda Maki.・ ・ It seems that the so-called "beef tendon" is difficult to handle (because the oil floats), so it seems that I stopped adding it, but even in Tokyo there are many things that are not included unless it is an oily and greasy shop, so this soup stock It's the right choice! I was there for about an hour, but it was fun because I was able to talk about oden all over the country with regulars. (This kind of homely feeling is the real thrill of an oden shop.) By the way, the name of the store is "Otaguri Oden 〆Kiyo" to be exact, and is there anything other than Oden called "Otaguri"? I found out later, it seems to be a local dish around Iida and Ina, and it seems to be a dish like stewed horse motsu. The shop owner is a friendly person and I definitely wanted to come again (^^)

おでんを食べに行きました。 まず入って挨拶がありませんでした、こちらから挨拶しました(謎) そして注文したけれど値段が書いてない。 店内音楽とか無くて店主との距離が近すぎて食べてくる時にくそ気まずい…こんなに気まずいお店は初めてです…レビューよかったから言ったけど人によってかなり態度が違うお店なんですね。

昔ながらの飯田おでん屋。 値札がなくて聞いてないので正確にはわからなかったがおでんが一品250円、 馬ホルモン(おたぐり)600円だと思います。飯田おでん口コミどおりでおいしかったです!
