★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 怪我や病気の為、仕方無くこの様な事業所を利用する訳ですが、ここは利用者に寄り添う気持ちが全くありません。お金のことばかり気にしています。勿論、事業所も儲からなければ継続が困難であるのは承知しています。決して儲けてはいけないなどとは思いませんが、あまりにも酷い。私の家に来てくれていたヘルパーさんはとても素敵な方だっただけに残念で仕方ないです。先月で利用するのを辞めました。腰痛が酷くてベッドから起き上がれないのでキャンセルしたら、当日キャンセルは1000円払って貰いますなどと言う電話をかけてきました。まだ、腰痛の具合は如何ですか？など建前だけでも言えばこんな事にはならずに済んだものを。
今日、請求書が届きましたが、キャンセル料などと言う項目は見当たりませんでした。黙っていたら本当にキャンセル料を取られていたかも知れません。コイツらはホントに屑です。
