★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、カワサキの車両を探していたので行ってみたら、常連と話し込んでこちらには見向きもせず、しばらくして面倒くさそうに「何か？」と言ってきたので、車種を伝えて探していると答えたら「無いです」で終わり。いつ入るか、もう入る予定がないのか、そういう話もなく、常連との話に戻った。
I was looking for a Kawasaki vehicle before, so when I went there, I talked to the regulars and didn't look at me, and after a while I said "what?" If you answer, it ends with "No". I didn't talk about when I would enter or if I had no plans to enter anymore, so I went back to talking with regulars.

中古を検討していたのですが、このお店で買いたかったので新車にしました。

もう何年も愛車をお任せしてます。ある程度サービスの均一化された車のディーラーとは違い、バイク屋は個性が強くて(20年位前の西日本の話ですが・・・)自分にとってのアタリの店を引くのは本当に難しいですがモト・リエゾンさんは大当たりでした。修理なども費用等相談に乗ってくれますし、修理後も交換したパーツを見せてくれながら何故交換しなければいけなかったかなどを丁寧に説明してくれました。

Moto Liaison was a big hit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客: 感じは良い。特におかみさんの応対は常連さんや一見さんを区別することなく素晴らしい(店主本人は区別せず接しているつもりなのだろうが、ムラがある)。
修理対応: ここで買っていないバイクでも対応してくれる。料金は量販店と変わらないか、少し安い程度。オイルは銘柄が限られ、値引きもほとんどなし。
下取り・買取り: メチャクチャ買取り額は悪い。買取り専門店に持って行くことを勧める。
総合評価: 店主催のツーリング等、車検やメンテ以外のものをもとめている人や1回かぎりの緊急修理を頼むといった場合には向いている店。駅も近いのでバイクを預けやすいという利点もあり。
一方、ツーリング等のイベントや人情は不要で、新車を買ってメンテも機械的にやってくれればいいという人は、ホンダやカワサキのメンテパック付きのバイクを直営店で買った方がコスト的にも安く精神的にも楽。この傾向はこのお店に限らず直営店販売を推し進めているバイク業界全体で昨今共通している。新型の大型バイクは直営店でないと買えなくなってきており、バイク自身も電子制御が多くなり町のバイク屋さんでは修理対応できなくなっていく可能性もある。
