★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応最悪。親が身体障害者の認定を受けたので、正規の手順を踏んで支援の申請書類を、きちんと揃えて提出したのにも関わらず数ヶ月放置のまま。連絡や訪問する度に担当が変わったためとか不在だと理由をつけ必ず門前払い。
 Corresponding worst. Since parents were certified as disabled people, they left neglected for several months despite submitting application documents for support with formal procedures in order. Because I changed my responsibilities every time I contact or visit, I always give reasons to be absent and pre-empt pay.
