駐車場も沢山あり良いと思うが、店内にレジが1つしか無い為、事前に電話注文してもかなり待たされる。そこを改善して頂ければ最高なのだが。
 Of course there is nothing to say about the taste.
I think it's good that there are many parking lots, but since there is only one cash register in the store, even if you order by phone in advance, you will have to wait a long time. It would be great if you could improve that.

Is there a part that is a little inferior to other stores? There are some things that are rare for moss and seem to be made (I feel).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍のご時世なので持ち帰りしました。
ネット注文したので待つこともなく、入店してスムーズに、会計できました。
レジも自分で支払方法を選び自分で操作するので余計な接触もなく、店員さんがお金に触ることが無いので衛生面でも安心です。
ただ、やっぱり店内で食事はまた怖いので次回もネットで頼み持ち帰ります。
店にいた時間は2分ほどでした。

Since the cashier chooses the payment method and operates it by himself, there is no extra contact and the clerk does not touch the money, so it is safe in terms of hygiene.
However, the food in the store is scary again, so I will ask for it online again next time and take it home.
I spent about two minutes in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50代くらいのおばさん店員の接客が良くない。
声が聞こえづらく、返事も何も無いので伝わってるかわからない。入店時も面倒くさそうにカウンターに向かって来られました。
忙しいのかも知れませんし、客にも色んな人がいて疲れてるのかもしれませんが、もう少し明るい対応をしてくれると嬉しいです。
The customer service of an aunt clerk in her 50s is not good.
It's hard to hear the voice, and I don't know if it's transmitted because there is no reply. Even when I entered the store, I came to the counter without any hassle.
Maybe I'm busy, or maybe I'm tired of having a lot of customers, but I'd be happy if you could give me a brighter response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店では味は同じなので、従業員さんにより評価が変わると思いますが、わたしに対応してくださったかたは、クーポンなどいろいろ丁寧に教えていただきました。
Since the taste is the same at chain stores, I think that the evaluation will change depending on the employee, but the person who responded to me kindly taught me various things such as coupons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日のお昼頃利用しました。混んでいたので待ち時間はありましたが、接客は丁寧で受け取った商品も丁寧に作ってありました。味は勿論美味しかったです。
I used it around noon on a holiday. There was a waiting time because it was crowded, but the customer service was polite and the products I received were carefully made. The taste was of course delicious.
