k	kuro mofu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友達が、モスのシェイクは一度食べたら辞めれないと進められ、違う店舗には行ったことがあったのですが、初めて利用させて頂き、シェイクのみ注文しました。番号札を持ち、待ち続けること30分、、キャンセルして帰ろうと思うほど待たされました。キャンセルしてる方もチラホラ。違う店舗でバーガー頼んでもここまで待たされたことはなかったので、そこからこの店舗は利用してません。 My friend can't quit Moss Shake once he eats it I had been to a different store, but I used it for the first time. 幹	幹早也佳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星一つもつけたくないくらいと言うかもはやマイナスでつけさせてほしいくらい最低でした。外野から見てるだけでしたが、テイクアウトの商品を渡し違いをしていたようで、その店員とお客さんがしっかり確認してなかったからなのに本来受け取るはずのお客さんがその場面見てなかったみたいで番号札持って状況飲み込めてないのか不思議そうにしてると「はあ〜(本来の)客いるじゃん」とか言って本来のお客さん睨んで大きいため息はつくしその後も状況説明もしてなければため息ばっかでちょこちょこお客さん睨んでは聞こえるように(と言うか関係ない自分にまで聞こえるようくらいの声)で「最悪」とか「あの客帰ったわ」とか言ってレジ内入ってってお客さんは突っ立ってるまま放置で他の店員さんと喋り出して流石に不快すぎた。その後の対応も最後まで悪くて謝罪もなかったと思う。ずっとその店員は本来のお客さん(何故？)と取り違えたお客さんが悪いと思ってるみたいな態度でずっとブスっとしてたしずっと睨んでた。接客業辞めた方がいい今すぐってレベルの見せられた。本来のお客さん何も悪くないのにずっとため息ばっかはかれて高圧的な態度とられててせっかく美味しいもの食べるのに気分最悪。本来のお客さんも対応と態度に困惑してた。そりゃそう。見てるだけでこんなに気分悪いんだからお客さんはもっと最悪だったろうな。まあ結局、教育ちゃんとされてないの？という気持ち。モスバーガー好きだからこそ残念すぎるしいつか私もああいう対応されるんじゃないかと思うともう行くのも悩む。高校生くらいの高圧的な女店員がいる時は気をつけてください。 It was so bad that I didn't want to add a single star, or I wanted to add a minus. Compared to other options such as MacDonald, it's also a little more expensive, but it's tastes healthier and better. I don't eat fast food at all by choice, here in Japan and in the US, but this time I didn't regret. Will try again.
