あと、早朝は6時以降しか来てくれなくなりました。以前は来てくれたのですが、、人手不足なんですかね。。
The driver's response is good, but the telephone response is often not good.
Also, in the early morning, it came only after 6 o'clock. You used to come, but isn't there enough manpower? ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よくすれ違う事がありますが、こちらが直進でもここのタクシーは平気で曲がってくるのでこちらがブレーキを踏む始末。
もうちょっとプロ意識を持っていただきますようお願いします。
I often pass each other, but even if I go straight ahead, the taxi here will turn around without any problems, so this is where I step on the brakes.
Please be a little more professional.

何時も忙しい時間帯は混み合ってる事が多いですが快く電話を受付けて頂いております。コロナで大変かとおもわれますが無くては皆さんが困まりますので頑張って下さい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で配車の予約をしましたが、たいへん不快な思いをさせられました。客に対する言葉遣いじゃありませんし、こちらの話をキチンと聞いてるのか？と思うくらい何度も聞き返されてイライラさせられました。道中で捕まえるのなら問題ないでしょうが、電話で予約するなら別のタクシー会社の方がいいです。
I made a reservation for a ride on the phone, but I was very uncomfortable. It's not a word for customers, and do you hear this story? I was repeatedly annoyed by as many times as I thought. If you catch on the way, you should be fine, but if you book by phone, another taxi company is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 守山市梅田町に在住の地元民です。毎回、ここのタクシーは、住んでるマンション前の狭い道（制限30キロ）を50近くで走り抜けて行きます。糞ドライバーばかりやな思って見てて思います。特に自分が住んでる前の道路は、生活道路で小さいお子さんや、高齢者が、いつ飛び出して来ても、おかしくありません。
ナゼ、あんなスピードが出せるのか、会社自体、利益の事しか考えていないんでしょうね。
I am a local citizen living in Umeda-cho, Moriyama. Every time, a taxi here runs through a narrow road (30 km limit) in front of the apartment where I live, at nearly 50. I think only looking at the feces driver and thinking. Especially before the road where you live, it is not funny when small children and elderly people come out of the road.
Naz, I think you're thinking only about the profit itself, whether you can get that speed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配車をお願いしたところ、電話の対応がとてもひどく、不愉快な気分になってしまった。あれ？と思うことがあり確認すると、何故か唐突に怒られてしまった。他の方の口コミを見て低評価に納得。他のタクシー会社を使われた方が良いと思います。
尚、タクシードライバーさんは普通の方でした。
When I asked for a ride, the telephone response was so bad that I felt uncomfortable. that? When I confirmed it, I suddenly got angry. Seeing the reviews of other people, I am satisfied with the low rating. I think it's better to use another taxi company.
The taxi driver was an ordinary person.
