_	_あん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日友人とお伺いさせてもらいましたが、どちらも初心者で道具揃えたくて買いに行ったのですが、藤井さんという方の対応が気に入りませんでした。初心者なので分からないことが多く、聞いてましたが下に見るような感じで話されてちょっと気分は良くなかったです。 2回の女性のスタッフは優しく丁寧に、合うものとかも持ってきてくれたりして、気に入ったのを購入することが出来たので良かったです。 I visited with a friend the other day, and both of them were beginners and I went to buy them because I wanted to have all the tools, but I didn't like the response of Mr. Fujii. 岩	岩瀬梨沙 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに皆様方のおっしゃられていた通りの評価でした。　初めてスノボを始めるに当たり、上から下まで全て揃えたいのでコーディネートをお願いしたのです。　レジ前の女性店員さんは挨拶もでき普通に接してくれたのですが、板を購入するに当たり担当者を呼んできます！　と待つこと…私は口コミの重みを感じ知ることに… 私から担当者へご挨拶したのですが、いらっしゃいませの言葉すら無し。　スノボが初めてなのでと用件を伝えたのに返事もせず、商品を取りに行くありさまです。全くの初心者とお伝えしているのに、ボードやブーツ等のセッティング方法や使い方の説明は勿論ありませんでした。　こちら側から商品の使い方の説明を求めると小さい声で返答する程度でした。同行していた友達も担当者さんにボードについて質問をしたのですが、聞こえてるはずなのに確実に無視され嫌な気分だとアイコンタクト(笑) 合計20万円ほど支払いましたが、その担当者さんは終始笑顔を見せることなく、最後までありがとうございましたの一言もなかったです。担当者うんぬんよりも経営方針が疑われます。　担当者には上司もいるでしょう。見て見ぬふりで知らんぷりせず、接客態度を一から学ばせてやって下さい。二度と足を運ぶことはありませんが、笑顔で真面目に接客をされてる女性店員さんを少しは見習って欲しいものです。　生まれて初めてお客としてこの様な雑な扱いをされたのは、これまた初めての経験となりました。 Certainly was the evaluation of the street that had been Osshara of everybody how.
