冠	冠竹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近江牛を扱うお店で、安くでよく使っていました。肉はその時々で凄く良いときもあればまあまあな時もありますが、価格が安いのと料理の相談したらどの肉が良いか教えてくれるので重宝していました。　ただ、仕入れ品のトンカツが非常に硬く食べられたものではなかったので、常連よしみで責任を押し付けるわけでも、弁償しろと言いたいわけでもなく、良かれと思って言ったら、「うちで加工したものではないから」というなんともお粗末な回答。　また、隣接する焼肉店の排気が道路の歩行者に直撃する実情を伝えたら、「うちは良い肉使っているからね、煙が出るのは仕方ないんだよ」と返答してきた。　脂少ない肉が欲しいと注文したら、「脂ばかりの方が美味しいのに何を言ってるの」との返事。日頃からあまり客を大切にしない感じはしますので、ドライな関係が良いと思われます。 It was a shop that sells Omi beef, and it was cheap and often used.
