★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近隣の薬局には在庫がなかったので、たぶんここにもないと思います、取り寄せなら夕方に取りに来ますので一旦帰るので教えてください。と最初に伝えたにも関わらず30分程待ちました。奥で電話をかけ続けている薬剤師さんが見えたので声をかけると案の定。処方箋受け取りと入力と調剤者を別にするのは効率的でいいのかもしれませんが、きちんと伝えた事は申し送りしてください。
