伺った時は他のお客様の対応で忙しそうでしたが、店員さんは笑顔でとても丁寧な接客で、かつ迅速な対応をして頂けたので、大変満足です！ぜひまた利用したいと思います！
このコロナ渦、大型商業施設に入っている店舗も大変だと思いますが、陰ながら応援したいと思います(^^)

I asked for a belt replacement as well as a battery replacement for a wristwatch purchased by another company before.
When I visited, I seemed to be busy responding to other customers, but the clerk was very happy because he smiled and was very polite and responded promptly! I definitely want to use it again!
I think that this corona whirlpool, the store in the large commercial facility is also difficult, but I would like to support it behind the scenes (^ ^)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新品の時計のベルト調整を頼みましたが「ネジが硬くて回らない、店頭では無理」と。
同フロアの別のお店に持っていくと問題なく調整してもらえました。新品のベルトのネジ山が潰れかけていたとのこと。
ベルト調整すら出来ないお店です。
二度と行かないです。
I asked for the belt adjustment of a new watch, but he said, "The screws are too hard to turn, which is impossible at the store."
When I took it to another shop on the same floor, it was adjusted without any problem. The screw thread of the new belt was about to be crushed.
It is a shop where you cannot even adjust the belt.
I will never go again.
