ローコスト住宅ランキング10位に入っているのを見て、輸入住宅なのにローコスト住宅⁉︎と思い見学に行きました。
モデルハウスの外観はお城のようでめちゃくちゃかわいい。一番人気のクイーンアンスタイルだそうです。
モデルハウスと同じテイストで、延べ床30坪で建てる場合、建物本体価格2800万円で可能とのこと。
内観はアイアン階段や吹き抜けなど凝っています。
細かいところを見ると、照明の取り付け部のプラスチックに違和感があったり、築5年の割には周り縁やモールディングに隙間が空いていて気になりました。
ローコストでかわいい住宅が建てたい方、かつ整った形の土地をお持ちの方にはいいと思います。
