C	COWボーイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本場のじゃじゃ麺を堪能出来ます！！盛岡三大麺の一角を占める盛岡じゃじゃ麺を食べに訪問しました。今まで何度も盛岡にも来ているのですが一度も食べた事がなかった憧れの食べ物... しかも料金も500円からとリーズナブル(^_^) 標準の量が400gで大盛が1.5倍、特盛が2倍との事で本当は特盛に行きたかったのですが夜の楽しみ(酒)があるので大盛りを注文... 注文したあとでカウンターの下にサンプルがあることを発見... 「あれっ思ったより多くね」とチョッとびびりました。頼んで約10分で出来上がりました！！その量は思ったより普通でした。サンプル少し盛りすぎかもしれませんw 食べてみると麺は柔らか目のうどんの様な食感の平打ち麺。味噌との相性も良いです。独特な味わいの味噌であと引く味であっという間に半分に... ここで味を変えるため初めに酢を一回しするとなかなか良い感じに。更にラー油を一回し、パンチが効いてなかなか... 最後にニンニクを投入するとまた違った味わいになりました。基本がシンプルなので調味料次第で好みの味にアレンジするのも楽しいですね。じゃじゃ麺はなかなか奥の深い料理ですね。ジャージャー麺のイメージでいたので新鮮な驚きでした(ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ夜の〆にこれを頂ける盛岡の諸兄は羨ましいです！！追記) じゃじゃ麺はかなり消化に良いようです！！数時間後には快調に夜の楽しみを頂けましたw 普通盛りや小盛りを頼んで食べ歩きも楽しめそうですね！！ You can enjoy authentic Jajamen! !!
