職員の方たちはみなさん優しい方ばかりです。カリキュラムも充実していますし、担当の職員さんがいろんな相談に乗ってくれたり、就職に向けて一緒に頑張ろうと言ってくれます。
コロナが流行ってからも就職された方がたくさんいるので、就職率？は良いのかなという印象です。

障害があっても、どんな会社でどんな仕事をして、どういう生活をしていきたいのか、しっかりとしたビジョンを持たないと、就労移行は勧められません。
カリキュラムも3カ月ルーティーンで、同じ内容を淡々と繰り返すだけなので、目的もなく通所すると無駄な公金を垂れ流しに行っているような感じになるので、もったいないです。
淡々と自分自身と向き合って、興味のある求人に対して履歴書を作ったり、面接に進められるようにし、場数を踏んで自力で就職先を獲得した方が無難です。
ここは就職先が決まるまでのことを考える場所といえます。
定着支援を売りにしていますが、定着支援は卒業生のことを考えず、就職先と就職した人の双方の言い分を伝言ゲームのように行っているだけなので、就職先とのトラブルになりそうな時は別の公的手段を考えた方が良いと思います。
