成人式まで１ヶ月無かったので…早めの来店がホントに良いと思います。

Coming-of-age ceremony kimono ... I went in the middle of December. There weren't many kinds ... but I found it and bought it.
Since there was no one month until the coming-of-age ceremony ... I think early visits are really good.

I visited to make a reservation for a hakama for the graduation ceremony. I was able to decide on a hakama very comfortably because I was treated politely and kindly. I met a very cute hakama (* ^^ *)

沢山の鮮やかな着物を目にし、色や柄を選んでいくうちに、半ばよくわからなくなってしまいましたが、担当して下さった方が短い時間で娘の好みを分かって下さり、とてもスムーズに素敵に仕上げて頂きました。

As I saw a lot of bright kimonos and chose colors and patterns, I couldn't understand them in the middle, but the person in charge understood my daughter's taste in a short time, and it was very smooth. I had you finish it nicely.

担当スタッフそれぞれ話が食い違い、振り回されました。それに謝罪の言葉もなくありえません。
えりの部分の追加料金も伝えられず、危うくこっちから聞かなければ分かりませんでした。
スタッフごとに対応が違うのかもしれませんが、何万の買い物ではないのでショックです。
I visited twice and it was really the worst.
Each staff member in charge had a different story and was swayed. And there can be no words of apology.
I couldn't tell you the additional charge for the collar part, and I couldn't understand it unless I heard it from here.
It may be different for each staff member, but it's a shock because it's not tens of thousands of purchases.
