サービス産業消費喚起事業（Go To トラベル事業）給付金を申請するにあたり、下記の3項目の全てに対して宣誓する必要があります。（Go To トラベル事業の利用事業者は、給付金の給付報告により、以下の宣誓事項に同意するものとします。）
宣誓事項
- 「サービス産業消費喚起事業（Go To トラベル事業）旅行会社・OTA等旅行事業者・宿泊事業者向け取扱要領（準備中）」に従うこと
※国及びGo To トラベル事務局が通知する事務連絡も含みます。 - 「サービス産業消費喚起事業（Go To トラベル事業）給付金給付規程（準備中）」に従うこと
- 事務局及び観光庁次長及び国土交通省大臣官房会計課長の委任した者が行う関係書類の提出指導、事情聴取等の調査に応じること
- 不正受給が判明した場合には、「サービス産業消費喚起事業（Go To トラベル事業）旅行会社・OTA等旅行事業者・宿泊事業者向け取扱要領（準備中）」2-(8)に従い給付金の返還等を行うこと

There is Hello Work on the 2nd floor. It is inconvenient because it is far from any station, but it seems that if the monorail is extended, a station will be built nearby.
