国産の鶏肉を使っているとの話でしたが、肉の臭みがありました。串焼きを注文しましたが、混雑してない割にはかなり時間がかかり、見て納得、片側しか炙っていない模様。串焼きって両面炙りながら塩ふったり、タレに付けたりして仕上げるものだと思ってましたが。豚の串焼きにおいては、肉の厚みが約1.5センチ、長さ3.5センチ位のが２つ刺さったのが２本、そのほぼすべてが脂身。端の方にちょっとだけついてた肉をかじって、全部残しました。全てにおいて味の素強めな味付け。もう行きません。

In pork skewers, two meats with a thickness of about 1.5 cm and a length of about 3.5 cm were stabbed, almost all of which were fat. I squeezed a little bit of meat on the edge and left it all. Everything has a strong flavor. I won't go anymore.
