年配の男性の方でしたが、わたしで対象になるのか、何度も保留にし確認してくれました。
確かに親身にとは言えない対応だったかも知れないけど、大丈夫だよ、安心してねと優しい言葉をかけてくださり、とても安心しました。
以前かけた時は女性の方で、その方は本当に事務的な対応だったので、やはり人によるのだと思います。
