J	Johnny Mad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/3/8からオープンしたそうで、大阪に本店があり、埼玉はここが初出店みたいです。たまたまお昼に寄ったのでランチで入りました。オープン当初だったのでオープン記念セット税込1400円を１つを頼みました。ミックス焼き、ミニサラダ、豚平焼き、ソフトドリンクというセットです。ミニサラダの写真を撮り忘れましたが、安っぽいサラダではなく、普通に美味しかったです。豚平焼きは中が卵がトロトロでふわふわの食感で美味しかったです。ミックス焼きもさすがプロが焼いてくれるだけあって丁度いい焼き加減でした。中には豚肉、小エビ、イカと満足のいくお味でした。まぁこのセットで1400円ならお得だと思いました。私はお店の新型コロナの対策も結構チェックする方ですが、お客さんがテーブルを退室したあとに消毒スプレーで清掃し、鰹節、青海苔、ソースなどもきちんと整えているのはちゃんと教育が行き届いているのは関心しました。それにお水を飲み干した時に、店員さんを呼ばなくても気づいてお代わりの補充をしてくれたのは、よく周りを見てくれている店員さんだと思いました。 It seems that it opened from 2021/3/8, and there is a main store in Osaka, and this is the first store in Saitama. い	いおゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店ですが、千房好きなんですよね。銀座にある高級な千房も行ったことありますが、調理しているスタッフさんは会話力もあってご飯も美味しかった☺︎ 土日のランチどきに入店。もちろん行列でした。得々ペアセットなるものがあったので注文。大好きなとんぺい焼もついていたので釣られて。出てきたサラダは個性的で、小葱の小口切りじゃなく5センチくらいのぶつ切りがサラダの上にのっています。生のレッドオニオンで胃がやられる私なので、それは食べられませんでした。残念。ネギ好きな人なら良いのかも。お好み焼きは外側が鉄板でちょうどよくパリッと焼かれていて美味しい。お好み焼きソースの味、じゃないんです。全体のバランスが良くて調味料たちがガツンと押しあって出てこないのがいいんですよね。あと後のせでテーブルに置いてある青のりが縦に長い細かな青のりで、これも青のりが主張し過ぎないんです。鰹節はよくある薄っぺらい鰹節じゃなくて削った感のある大きさ。どれも引き立てあってるのがすごい私好みです。一緒に出てきた焼きそばも、ソースの味が品がいい。大体似たようなソースの味で飽きちゃうんですが…どちらも飽きずにちゃんと食べられる。お腹いっぱい。ごちそうさまでした☺︎ そういえば、千房さんは、大体B'zが流れてます笑。 It's a chain store, but you like Chibo.
