新人的な若い子は頑張ってるが、指導が行き届いてないので、言葉も聞こえないし説明もよくわからない
字も汚いのに丁寧に書かない、スタンプも上下逆、休憩中のやつがレジの中にいてる、暇なのに新人をサポートしない
単独のお店ならまず潰れてますね
自転車は頻繁に買うものではなく、安全とか整備とかある程度専門的なことを聞きたいわけであって
そのあたり、何を取り扱ってるお店なのか理解した方がいい
イオン直営なのか、別法人なのか不明だが、店長、先輩バイト？社員？パート
まずは社会人として当たり前のことは身につけけて欲しい
