I spent thousands of dollars there on bikes, and they wouldn't let me use my Taki points for another purchase because I lost my points card. They could see my account and see exactly how many points I have from previous purchases, but still don't let me use those points just because I don't have the physical card. Also they don't explain things very clearly to the customer.
