賃貸物件のオーナーです。こちらの取締役部長の方が担当についていました。細かい説明が必要な事も携帯のSMSで返信されます。よくわからず電話をかけるとSMSで返信きます。また他業者への送信間違いのSMSも何度か送られてきましたが、訂正や謝罪はありません。一番驚いた事は、対象物件駐車禁止箇所に幅寄せ努力もせずに駐車されたことです。狭い道路で対向車が来ないか、こちらがヒヤヒヤしました。ご自身が気に入らないような質問をすると、基本的には返信が返ってきません。おそらく他の大型案件でお忙しいのでしょう。小規模単位の賃貸物件には冷たいです。最初、人柄が良いかと思って頼んでいましたが、今はそうは思わなくなりました。ビジネスなんですから、最低限、お客さんの質問には返信して欲しいですよ。オーナーの為に最大限利益を追求すると謳っていますが、オーナーの意思に反するような事を上から目線で毎回言われるのもうんざりしました。こちらは素人ですが、もう少し寄り添ってもらいたかったですね。他のレビューでもそんな内容ですし、そうやって感じる方は少なからず私だけではないんだと思いました。もう二度と利用しません。
